Promote and introduce the KO Mouse Core Lab/Transgenic Mouse Models Core (TMMC) Facility under the National Core Facility Program for Biotechnology (NCFPB). With the most advanced gene knockout / knockin (KO / KI) and CRISPR / Cas9 technologies, we provide the one-stop service to help our users study gene functions and establish mouse models mimicking human diseases. The long-term goals of TMMC is strengthen the links between academia and biotechnology industries and increase the competitiveness of domestic academic and biotechnology research and development.
